These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and login mega ("Platform" or "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the loginmega.click platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or accessing any section of login mega, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines, rules, and policies that login mega may publish from time to time.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used. login mega reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. All withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays and festive seasons.

Funds held in your login mega account represent money you have deposited and/or won through gameplay. These funds are kept separately, and login mega does not use them for company operations. You may withdraw your account balance at any time, subject to any applicable bonus rollover requirements.

Login mega offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general bonus terms at login mega are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.

Login mega's Sports Betting section covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, and 50+ other leagues), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and a variety of other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following additional rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances explicitly stated otherwise.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, even if the odds change thereafter.
• In-play bets (placed during a live match) are final once the platform confirms acceptance.
• If a match is postponed before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is suspended after kick-off and does not resume within 12 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.
• For matches involving extra time or a penalty shootout, standard 1X2 bets refer to the result at full time (90 minutes + injury time) unless the market is explicitly stated as "including extra time".
• Login mega reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet suspected of involving match manipulation or market abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on login mega and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering — depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform to transfer or conceal illicit money.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other purpose.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting promotions, registering fake accounts to claim bonuses, or using betting methods designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play or place bets.
• Player collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker.
• Fraudulent chargeback — filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider after using funds on the platform.
• Bug exploitation — exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair gain.

Login mega provides this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, login mega shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions or platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.

Login mega's maximum liability to any individual member for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Login mega reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or violations of the law.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no logins or transactions.

When an account is closed at the member's own request, any valid balance will be returned to the member once all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may not be eligible for a balance refund.
